Our 2013-14 public report to the Australian Government’s Workplace Gender Equality Agency is now available.

The Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 requires all non-public Australian reporting companies with 100 or more staff to complete the report.

The report includes the latest information on our workplace profile for employees who are primarily based in Australia.

The reporting requirements included six standardised Gender Equality indicators for the first time this year, relating to workforce and board composition, remuneration, employment terms, employee consultation arrangements and sex-based harassment and discrimination.

The workplace profile and reporting information does not include employees or employment practices, policies or strategies for our businesses outside of Australia.

Our shareholders, employees and stakeholders have the opportunity to comment on the report, by emailing hrservices@coffey.com or go to https://www.wgea.gov.au/comments
